Glamping in Coniston

We moved back to run the house and farm the land in the spring of 2014 and have since increased our flock of sheep and added a herd of friendly alpacas as well as free-range hens and ducks

We have two pet-friendly glamping pods with a backdrop of Coniston Old Man and Dow Crag and facing Torver Common and Torver Beck the view is picturesque

Aptly named “Old man” and “Dow Crag”  both the pods are fully insulated with underfloor heating to keep you nice and cosy in the colder months there is also en-suite bathroom with shower sink and toilet and cooking facilities along with bedding and towels everything you need is right here

With outdoor seating and barbeque facilities it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind and to take in the panoramic views of the Lake District fells and spot some wildlife

Set off the main road on a private lane there is no traffic noise to spoil the tranquillity of the peaceful location

Just a ten minute walk from the village with 2 pubs and a Deli that sells local produce and all the essentials you need  we are surrounded by Torver commons the old man and dow crag the views are breath-taking and it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Our pods are a great starting point for everyone, whether you enjoy walks in the countryside a hike up the fells or a relaxing boat trip on the lake there is something to suit everybody
